Mianna’s Journal
Photos by Fitness Magazine Having a nutritional snack in the afternoon is great for your fitness program and health. I love smoothies with kale because of all the benefits kale provides. Kale can often be very bitter and over power anything you you add it to. I recently found this Kale-apple-ginger smoothie recipe that tastes fantastic!!! If you are a health nut or looking to improve your diet, this smoothie is the way to go in my opinion. :) INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS Freeze the apple, cucumber, lemon, and ginger. Add the frozen mixture to a high-powered blender along with the kale and chia seeds (if using). Add enough water to get it moving and blend on high. Add additional water to reach desired constancy. Serve. Note: If you don't freeze some of the ingredients ahead of time, just substitute ice for half of the water to make sure the smoothie stays cold as it blends . Recipe by Culinary Colleen

It would be ideal if you keep it up in light of the fact that without the web is unquestionably ailing in insights. The creation of these snacks was inspired by the story of the Tarahumaran Indians in Born To Run. These dudes would crush daily 100-mile runs with chia seeds as their fuel. Personally, this fact makes me feel a little soft, but for now, I'll keep using them to energize my 10-milers.
