"That is why for Christ's sake, I delight in weakness, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong". - 2 Corinthians 12:10 It's a strange thing to understand even the concept of becoming weak so we are strong. Is not the majority our struggles to become strong, or stronger than another, in some aspect of our lives? Wether that be to become stronger in an athletic sport, being strong emotionally, being the strongest in the beauty society; we all long to have a strong suit in something.
At the beginning when I read this verse, it didn't even connect with my brain enough for me to know what I had just read until I went through a time in my life when being strong enough wasn't an option. I knew no matter how strong I could ever become, it wouldn't be enough. - That is when I had to become weak and allow the Lord Jesus Christ's strength immerse me. It completely changes the thinking process of living. Try stepping out in a little more faith this week in becoming weak for the sake of becoming strong. -Living by Faith, Mianna
